Approve or Reject the Cancellation Requests

If a merchant wants to cancel an order, you must approve or reject the cancellation. The approval serves your security regarding commission settlements.

Note: If you have rejected or approved a cancellation request, you cannot undo the procedure.

All necessary settings can be found in Marketplace > Cancellation-Requests.

Cancellation-Requests

How to:

  1. Go to Marketplace > Cancellation-Requests.

  2. You have 2 options to approve cancellations:

  3. If you want to approve a cancellation request from a merchant, click the Approve button.

    The order receives the status Confirmed.

  4. If you want to approve all cancellation requests, click the Approve all button.

All orders are approved and receive the status Confirmed.

  1. To reject a cancellation, click the Reject button.

The order receives the status Rejected.
