Features Overview
You will find all settings of the Marketplace module in your OXID backend under Marketplace.
| Menu option | Description |

| Provider | Here you can view the main data of the merchants, accept or reject changes to the main data, create and check settlements and check the "USt-Bescheinigungen" (VAT certificates) of the merchants. |
| Carts | Here you can see the last 20 shopping carts created by your customers on the marketplace. |
| Configuration | Configure the marketplace module settings. |
| Cancellation-Requests | Here you get an overview of the cancellation requests of your merchants. You can approve or reject the cancellation requests. |
| Merchant's Articles Request | Here you can see the items that merchants want to sell through your webshop. You can view, approve and reject the items. |
| Dealer service messages | Here you can define messages that should appear in the backend of the merchants, e.g., messages regarding maintenance work. |
| Sales tax id check | Here you can perform an extended VAT ID check. |
| Offers | Here you can see a table that lists all quotes with creation date, customer name and quote amount. |
| Validity period of the offers | Here you can define how long an offer should be valid by default for B2B and B2C customers (in days). |
| Search offers | Here you can search for an offer number and open the PDF file of the offer. |
| Returns | Here you can see items returned by customers. |
| Administration | Here you can define reasons for returns, which later the customer can select in the store. |
