Returns
Customers return a product because, for example, the size does not fit. You can predefine such reasons so that a customer selects this reason in the return process, making it easier for you to classify them.
Reasons for Returns
You define reasons for returns under Marketplace > Administration.
There you will find the already defined reasons in the upper area. In the lower area you can define new reasons.
You can also define return reasons for the different language versions of the store.
