About the Marketplace Module
The Marketplace module by DIXENO provides a marketplace functionality for your OXID shop. The module integrates seamlessly into the OXID webshop and makes it possible to create a marketplace such as Amazon or eBay. As a merchant, you can use the store to post, sell and ship items or services. The marketplace operator bills your use of their marketplace according to the terms and commissions you agree on. With the help of the marketplace, you can open up new markets and don't have to operate your own shop.
Payment processing is handled by the payment provider and acquirer Novalnet. Check-out and payout processing for all marketplace participants is carried out via insolvency-proof escrow accounts and is thus legally protected.
Number | Description |

1 |
A customer can add items or services from multiple merchants to the shopping cart and order them. Each merchant receives their own backend with which they manage the articles, services and orders. |
2 | Merchants only see the items or services that the customer orders from them and not the total order. |
3 | The customer pays for the order. The money is transferred to Novalnet. Novalnet manages the payment to the merchants. |
4 | The merchants ship the orders via their specific shipping and logistics system. |
