API

You can connect the Marketplace module to other systems such as the ERP JTL through an API. Enter the endpoint URL and the API key in the API menu option.

An API is useful if you already operate a system with which you

manage articles
manage shipping information
manage cancellations

The data of these systems can be transferred via the API. You then don't have to do these tasks in the merchant backend.

Example:

An order comes in. You handle the shipping in your ERP. The ERP transfers the shipping information to your merchant backend. All you have to do is enter an expected delivery date in the merchant backend so that the customer is informed.
